What joining does
Before the day, this pool sees your name, role and organization. You are not asked for a phone number now.
On the day, once you are in the room and have entered the door code, you choose what goes on your card.
Then you type the table number and flip a switch to offer your card to that table.
Nothing is shared until two people both flip. You can take a card back afterwards.
